All classes start with Pranayama (Yogic breathing), yoga stretches, balancing postures and end with relaxation.Bharata Natyam Classes:
Course: Basic to Advanced Levels – Completion is based on age, attendance and practice.
One Margam Dances: Levels 1 – 7 (group lessons 7 years)
Arangetram:After completion of one full Margam dances, intense practice 1- 2 years
FAST Track Program:Customized based on student’s goal.

After experiencing an amazing benefit of the ancient art of the yogic practice, I was motivated to become a registered yoga teacher and share my practice with the community to bring more awareness towards the holistic path for healthy living. She is also certified in Ashtanga yoga by David Swenson, certified in mat Pilates by Physical Mind Institute, as well as certified as a personal trainer by World Instructor Training Schools. She has a bachelor's degree in holistic nutrition.
